2023 Winter Webinar SeriesCertified Master Gardeners are required to volunteer 20 hours of service and complete 10 hours of continuing education each year. The education hours are credited equally. I hour of educational seminar is 1 hour of education credit. Half of the continuing education hours should be in-person or live webinars with Q and A. Apple trees can be notoriously difficult to prune correctly. This session will demonstrate proper pruning techniques for mature trees and tips and ticks for younger trees.

Learn about the reasons, tools, terms, techniques, timing, and strategies used to prune shrubs and vines to get healthy plants with beautiful shapes, colors, and blooms in your own landscape.
