    Discovery Garden Pond with bridge

Discovery Garden pond cleaning and set up for the summer season is scheduled for Saturday, April 26th. It starts about 9:00 (arrive at 8:45) at the Discovery Garden. Learn about cleaning a pond up after winter and see more of how this one is actually "put together". Bring boots or extra shoes that you can get wet in; even though the pond gets pumped out there is still a little water in it!  We will have a lot of wet "stuff" from the winter to get scooped up and hauled away.

This event counts for volunteer hours.
